Who's Not Eating This Weekend?

I'm not eating this weekend!

I got a new, blue travel coffee cup and I'm am going to drink non-stop coffee this weekend!

I am going to be so hyper.

But I have so much to dooooo....

I hate when I make a to-do list without a clear vision of what I want to accomplish. They usually include such gems as "Clean out the spare room" or "Pack up stuff". Which only means at the end of the day I'll feel unaccomplished, because my list was so vague I didn't feel like I got anything done. I should really write them like "Donate pile of shit in spare room to Goodwill" and "Put away camping gear". Ya know, crystal-clear, concrete ideas. That way when that specific task is done I can actually cross it off my list.

I am currently 153.8. I don't like it. When I get in the 140's this time, I am STAYING THERE.

I'm hoping I'll piss away a lot of water weight with aforementioned non-stop coffee drinking. Stimulants like coffee usually have an unintentional but welcome laxative effect on me too.

And they curb appetite. Yay!

Okay. I wanted to be out of the house by noon, running errands, trying to organize the mess that is our storage unit, and packing some stuff. I am so excited to move!

Hooray for new beginnings! I hope with new beginnings comes new unseen weight loss numbers! Because that would just be swell. I hope eating well comes easier in an environment in which I am MUCH more comfortable.

Drink plenty of water, too. Coffee will dehydrate you and make you retain water.
