FAT

Okay, last night was bad. I let myself go and ate a ton. I gave myself permission to eat, and I took it and ran with it. So when I get massive stomach cramps later from the laxative I just took to get rid of it all, I'll have no one to blame but myself.

The only good thing about it was up until that point I was fasting, so the ONLY calories of the day were the gigantic plate of nachos I ate and the apples with caramel dip. Not that 100,000 calories is ever good but at least thats all I had.

Now I'm going to take a hit and bike to the library to pay my fine and get 37 books so that my bike ride home is heavy and hard and miserable because I'm a lazy fat ASS.

(P.S. MaryJane I'm getting an eighth of some apparently really good shit tomorrow...come up here and share it with me! ;) )

Love from the fat one herself,

Emily

Omg, just let me grab a plane and I will be there in like, 5 seconds. Ferreal. I'm also picking up an eighth on Friday(payday). We can make a salad ;) lol

Our seafood is sooooooooo good. Best sushi in the world (besides Japan?). If you ever come to South Florida, I'll give you a list of all the awesome seafood and sushi restaurants you'll have to hit up. Honeymoon, anyone?

When I fast both short term and long term, I eat 0 calories and get all my calories from liquids. I try to drink plenty of water and tea and some light soymilk (lactose intolerant and allergic to most dairy, so lame). And when I get super effing hungry, I'll make a quart of chai tea with a splash of soymilk and chug it. And then I'll feel all full and bloated and gross, but it works. And I usually drop a pound a day that way.
However, when I start out on a long term fast, for the first few days I'll try to eat a light yogurt early in the morning for breakfast to jump start my metabolism. Or a 100 cal cereal bar, things of that nature. Just something small.
Also, another tip is to avoid cheese because it constipates you. This is always a killer for me because it has 0 carbs and I LOVE cheese. So much. If you are going to have an eating day or you need a small snack, I would go for one with a lot of fiber in it or negative calorie foods (cucumber salad with a splash of oil and vinegar, celery, mushrooms, etc).

You can do it! Just try to keep a drink with you at all times and take a gulp whenever you get cravings. You can also try the rubber band trick (or use a hair band) and snap it on your arm to ward of cravings. I might start doing that myself, actually.

Stay strong, love. You've got it in you, I promise :)
