I'm about to go out to eat with Josh for breakfast. I'm strangely okay with that. I think its because I talked myself out of a binge before, but I don't usually binge on breakfast food, so it will be like a normal meal. Plus, I can eat eggs and toast and "good" things like that, and if I'm SEEN eating, he won't know I will not eat the rest of the day. So, hopefully I'll end up around 500 cals, 1000 if I overdo it.
I was 139 a few days ago, for a blip in time. 140 for two days. 143 now, after a horrible stint with cheese. I'm awful around cheese. Its a Wisconsin thing.

Cheese is definitely a Wisconsin thing, especially when you consider how many delicious and fatty things you can make with it! (One low-cal snack is just tomato slices with a little cheddar cheese.)

I don't know. lol! But 143 is still progress, and once its been lost it usually isnt so hard to take off the second time!
