I am having a fat day. One of those days where you feel fatter than you ever have. Like you gained 15 pounds overnight. And who knows, I very well could have.
I'm going to go for a walk/kind-of jog and hopefully I won't terrify anyone with excessive jiggling or earth shattering.
I AM A BIG FAT COW.
P.S. This morning as I was brushing my teeth I stuck my toothbrush just a teensy bit too far and horribly gagged myself to the point of near-vomitation when I thought, "Hey....this purging business may not be that difficult." Which gave me the conclusion that at some point in the next year I will probably end up purging for the first time.

I've been so tempted to purge recently. I think it would make it so much easier. Because I could just throw up after i've eaten and then my calorie counts would be so low
but I know if I started I wouldnt stop so I havent but i think about it all the time

vomiting does SO much damage to your body, honey. DON'T do it.
I had a friend who was bulimic, and it got to the point that she easily vomited eating food when she didn't WANT to. (This might sound good if you have issues with overeating, but it's a horrible experience if you need hot soup when you're sick with a raw throat from purging.)
If it's that bad, just chew and spit. Don't swallow. DON'T purge. Please. :/
