4 Hours

Sorry I haven't updated much. This is Josh's week off from work so I don't have a ton of time to sit on the comp. But as you can see by my title, I only have 4 hours left in my fast and I have been 100% faithful! Plus I've lost 3 lbs and I'm at 147 lbs again which is noticable on my body. My stomach looks less swollen, my arms look a little smaller, and so does my waist. The first day wasn't that fun (but then again, the first day of a fast is never fun). Yesterday wasn't bad at all. I didn't feel hungry all day, but Josh gave me an Adderall (appetite suppressant) which didn't hurt, either. Today though...man. These last 4 hours will be a challenge. Although I don't think I've been drinking as much as I should be. Last night I didn't sleep well and this morning I don't feel that well. I'm drinking some juice right now, I'm going to have some water after that, then later I'll drink a Powerade or two to get the electrolytes up.

I have to drive somewhere for work today, and by the time I'm done with that, my fast will be over by then. So on my way back I'll stop at Subway and get a sub as a first meal and a pat on the back for a job well done. (Lots of veggies, no mayo of course). I'll go for one of the ones thats 6 grams of fat or less. I am SO looking forward to that, because these last few hours will be torturous! I am feeling the effects. Shaky, weak, my chest is pounding, and my head hurts. But I've done it! And I feel proud. This is the longest I've ever successfully fasted, and I owe it to you all, my dear followers!

Okay, so off to drink things, to keep myself alive four more hours.
