and I've been trying to transfer my blog from my regular email (which has my full name in it - thats why I'm switching) to my new one and its a bit tricky. I've lost all the blogs I'm following (so I have to re-add all you guys - Sorry! You're still following me, I just have to find YOU again) and I think it deleted my pictures too. But now I have to sign in with my new email. So I've been tinkering around with stuff so if anything seems odd, thats why.
I'm really grouchy today. Stay out of my way. Lol. I don't know what my problem is. Its too early for PMS. I'm just grouchy for no apparent reason and thats all there is to it so SUCK IT!
Today I made myself a smoothie. I would venture to liberally guess that the entire thing is 400 calories, but I'm only eating half, and the other half is for tomorrow. It has berries, almond milk, skim milk, baby carrots, whey protein powder, and sprouts. Sounds gross, and it isn't lip-smacking delicious, but it is a meal in itself. After all, today is Thirsty Thursday, followed by Fuck Food Friday (See here).
Well I did eat a hard boiled egg too (70 cals) plus 200 cals of smoothie, followed by lots and lots of water while I'm at work today. If I can stay at that all day I will be tickled pink.
Has anybody successfully completed the ABC diet? I've been kicking around the idea for a few days now to try it. I don't think I could do 50 days (I'd have to work hard just to reach 30) but its something I have been considering. Do you lose quickly while you're on it? I can't seem to break 149 now and its frustrating. Josh is at 226 now, he's already lost 4 lbs! He can't win. He can't be better at this than I am. I won't let him.
I'm off to tinker with Blogspot a bit more and see if I can figure out how to fix it. Email me if you want :) I'll be sure to respond!
