Work Blows

I have to go to work in 30 minutes. I really hate Mondays. And I hate my job. The feeling of the imminent work day really makes my mornings bad, cause all I can think of is going to work.

Fuck work.

I had a bad weekend. Food wise. Activity wise, it was fun. Friday I ate pizza and cinnasticks. Fail.
Saturday, I had to get family pictures taken with Josh's family. Not much food there, a bowl of chili and some bread and butter. But I ate a bunch of junk when I came home. Fail.

Yesterday was our 2 year anniversary celebration, so we went to Red Lobster for a "fancy" dinner. All you can eat shrimp....epic fail.

Wednesday at work is a potluck. Friday is the soup cookoff. Saturday I will be drinking heavily, for it is Halloween. I am hoping for a liquid fast today, tomorrow, and Wednesday up til its time to eat at the potluck. Anyone want to join me? Liquid fast til 7pm Wednesday? Anyway, its a goal. Thursday, I don't know. Probably another liquid fast. Friday, liquid fast til dinnertime again, 7pm. I am entering a soup in the soup cookoff competition, Tomato Tortellini. Its actually pretty healthy (just chunky tomato soup with pasta in it.) so I'll just eat my own soup that day.

I gained three pounds after this weekends mishaps. I must forgive those sins. I must start losing again. Liquid fasts seem to work well for me. I want to pepper this whole week with them, to show that the two eating days this week can be planned for with week-long liquid fasts.

Tonight after work, we're carving pumpkins. :) I'm excited. That means tasty toasted pumpkin seeds. I'll have to be careful around those.

Okay. I need to finish my green tea and keep working on my project til its time to go to STUPID work. Keep drinking liquids! I know I will!
